Traditional Uses:
Mainly used for the lungs and the urinary system. For bronchitis, respiratory catarrh, and irritating coughs. For urethritis and urinary gravel. Roots: digestive system Leaves: Urinary system and lungs. Acute respiratory disease, gastroenteritis, peptic ulcer, cystitis, urethritis, inflammation of the mouth and throat, inflamed hemorrhoids, and wounds, burns and scalds, bedsores, abscesses, boils, and skin ulcers.
Directions to use:
Cold infusion: Root: 2g - 4g, steep overnight. Drink three times per day.
